Job Description
1. Achieve objectives through effective planning and projecting future performance.
2. To follow up new business opportunities and dealing with landlords.
3. Conduct presentations and site visits to potential future stores and maintain good relationship with potential and existing landlords.
4. Researching and planning business expectation in the market.
5. Finding new contacts and projects for potential sites.
6. Monitor the market and planning new projects or enhance existing features continuously to meet the market and customer needs
7. Negotiating and re-negotiating the proposals with landlords by phone, email, and in person
8. To seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential landlords.
9. Develop and regularly update a comprehensive site development plan, with targeted goals, objectives, methods, quantifiable outcomes and timelines

Job Requirements
1. Any university Graduate (prefer background in real estate)
2. Fluency in English(4)Skills
3. Good communication skill and Negotiation skills.
4. Planning and Organizing skills.
5. Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet & E-mail)
6. Excellent communication skills and fluent in English both, writing and verbally
7. At Least 3 years of work experience in the relative field.
8. Understanding that required timely responses to enquiries may not always be within regular office hours.
