DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify potential merchants to promote the product and services and drive sales targets.
  • Must be aware of the customers’ needs and make sure to provide the services based on their needs.
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with merchants to make sure continual growth of transactions.
  • Responsible to meet the targeted sales and goals.
  • Able to explain the product and services clearly and strategize effectively to close the deals.
  • Build and manage the relationships of key merchant accounts.
  • Generate, maintain, and increase business opportunities with existing merchants.
  • Ensure all the documents are collected according to the requirements and verify these documents.
  • Ensure the merchants are according to criterion to avoid any potential fraudulent incidents.
  • Create and present business proposals to merchants as needed.
  • Undertake office administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or any relevant field.
  • Knowledge in business field and customer service.
  • Minimum 1 years of working experiences in business field and financial services industry.
  • Good client relationship management and customer service skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (especially Microsoft Excel) and Banking software.
  • Adapts easily to new environment and can work with a variety of people
  • Excellent team worker, collaborating effectively across divisions
  • Organized, with good attention to detail and ability to effectively prioritize tasks
  • Able to work with internal and external team business units.
