Job Descriptions

  • Develop and maintain BI systems and tools for data analysis and reporting in the telecom industry
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders
  • Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decisions
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into data warehouses or data marts
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in BI systems
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of BI systems and queries
  • Provide technical support and training to users of BI systems
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in BI and telecom domains

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields
  • Several years of experience in BI development, preferably in the telecom industry
  • Strong proficiency in BI tools and technologies such as Power BI, Tableau
  • Expertise in data modeling, ETL, and SQL programming
  • Knowledge of telecom business processes, operations, and data structures
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities.
