- Exploit BI system & other Database systems, tables of Mytel when receiving a request from Directors of BS Dept. or other Employees of BS Dept. or Directors of other Dept. in Mytel (with template)
- Cooperate with product team & Data analyst officer, market research team to evaluate customers behavior before/ during & after launching promotions
- Get sudden report (from BI, other systems) when receive request with the pre-provided template, Develop more automatic reports on BI or other systems with the frequent type of reports to Director of the department
- Coordinate with Data Analysis Officer to request customer behaviors survey as needed, Get the report to make an evaluation for behaviors of some group offered promotions (before/ during/ after,…)
- Coordinate Market research staff to request customer behaviors survey as needed
- Make evaluation before offering promotions, Get & check list for micro promotions, Get the report to make an evaluation about the effect of promotions, Coordinate to propose new products and policies of voice, data services base on customer behaviors with Product development staff
- Coordinate with the IT Department - Sale and Distribution department - VAS Department to collect a database of customer behaviors, revenue.
