Job Description

-    To improve the business strategy and business plan set by the Corporate Office.
•    Must be able to find good opportunities to expand your new business
•    Must be able to understand and analyze the financial reports of the business/ project.
•    Local/ foreign potential partners for business development; must be able to liaise well with government departments. Must have good negotiation skills.
•    Must be able to handle contracts in both English/ Myanmar version, such as MOU, MOA, consortium agreement, etc.
•    Must be able to understand Tendering process.
•    Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
•    Provide necessary advice and cooperation to relevant departments to improve the activities of each business unit of the company.
•    Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.

Job Requirements

•    Any Graduate (Prefer Master degree in Business, Administration)
•    Must have Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
•    Must have five years' experience in the industry and Management Office
•    Must have minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory position may be advantageous.
•    Must have experience Tendering Process
•    Strong leadership skills & Strong attention to detail and technicalities.
•    Good written and verbal communication in English skills
•    Excellent organizational, technical skills, good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
•    Must be expect computer & IT skill (MS word, excel, power point, Internet & Email)
