The Business Manager of Listings is responsible for the rapid sales and profit growth of the assigned strategic business unit and its accompanying product lines and solutions.  

As the Business Manager for Listing, you will need to demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and possess a keen understanding of pharmaceutical/healthcare industry trends in order to successfully develop and drive the continued growth of MIMS Listing’s business to key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.

  • Drive and enable new business opportunities focused around Medical Marketing & Media Sales to key Pharmaceutical Companies within Singapore.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets for the assigned client base and product portfolio, regularly monitor sales forecast and formulate associated strategies or plans to develop business and generate revenue.
  • Work closely with Internal divisions (Pharma Marketing Divisions, Management office, IT. etc) to establish the necessary sales enablement protocols, processes and tools required.
  • Manage pricing, credit control activities among local based allocated clients

Job Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years’ sales and / marketing experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
  • Sales-oriented with a proven sales track record, preferably in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to persuade at all levels across internal and external stakeholders
  • A recognized Bachelor's degree; preferably in Life Sciences, Business Management or Marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good Command in English to interact with other region internal stakeholders.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, independent, resourceful and results-oriented.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
