  • Coordinate with the HR department to ensure the Organization in Our Business
  • Coordinate with the HR department to ensure our hiring plans meet our business needs
  • Built processes, procedures, policies and form with related HOD that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
  • Establishment of measurements and targets to improve process effectiveness and efficiency
  • Understand and monitor budget expenses from departments and business units across the organization
  • Communicate and cooperate effectively with relevant departments in the organization
  • Follow instructions from and report to General Managers, the Board of Directors and Chairman

  • Experience in business implementation projects
  • SAP/ERP Software experience
  • At Least (2) years experiences in business operations executive experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office(Word,Excel,PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
