  • Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with quality standards
  • Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures
  • Maximize operating potential to exceed customers’ expectations and company goals
  • Establish operation KPIs and conduct and manage quality assessments
  • Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when arise
  • Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
  • Manage marketing initiatives
  • Conduct operations analyses, analyze both payment system implementation and the overall day to day service levels and key performance indicators
  • Make sure team members are following the SOP, guidelines and policies
  • Learn new products and train to team members
  • Investigate, escalate, follow up the technical difficulities and issues
  • Investigate the frud and dispute cases and communicate to stakeholders about the case details with suggestion and best practices
  • Manage customer support  process from multiple channels
  • Manage and ensure for the process of system demostration, system analyse and implementation, launching and Go-Live 
  • Analyse and make sure that system user manuals are proper and clear

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc (Computer Science) or BBIT or related
  • Must have 6+ years of working experiences in Operations Management/ Quality Assurance Management/ Project Management/ Software Engineering in IT industry
  • Strong IT skills, including database development
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), with the ability to provide clear and effective advice on a range of people issues
  • Ability to handle sensitive, highly confidential information
  • Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
  • Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powepoint, Outlook
  • Excellent  ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer servie
  • Also welcome applicants who have strong experiences as Payment Software Engineers or QA Software Engineers (who are willing to handle payment software operations)
