•Liaising with operation on timely and accurately recording of asset information in the fixed asset register and assigning appropriate costs in the capital value of assets.
•Update Fixed asset register to be align with physical location and status of the asset in terms of location, transfers, disposal and condition of the asset (impairment review)
•Prepare monthly closing journal entry related to CAPEX such as Bottles & Crate reconciliation, Breakage cost etc on time.
•Review depreciation upload in SAP System and provide estimate depreciation for monthly rolling forecast.
•Prepare monthly amortization of Bottles and Crate.
•Liaising with operation on yearly budget preparation for Capital expenditure. Be a business partner to give constructive feedback on every budget request for Capital expenditure.
•Provide report on CAPEX budget tracker and be control person of budget spend in SAP.
•Conduct asset verification on quarterly and yearly basic.
•Prepare debit note and coordinate with Sales person on collection of rental/instalment for rented property as well as sales of Fixed Asset.
Technical Competencies
- Communication with the key stakeholders that is the directors of respective functions (HR, Procurement, Public Relations, CFO, IT, Sales) and their teams, the US headquarters Finance team, Finance Controller and GL Manager
- The process is very well structured and defined, comprehensive on-boarding will be provided. The employee will be expected to raise above the routine that is already smooth and perform as a finance advisor to the budget holders assisting in budgeting, actual understanding and monthly accruals.
- In this role, the employee will not make final decisions but will provide advisory services on a daily basis. It is expected that the quality of advices and the transparency of presented ideas will enable the decision makers (budget holders) to accept most of the advices / suggestions.
- The employee will be encouraged to develop new reporting forms or modify/improve existing ones. In this regard, he or she can decide about a technical execution.
