An Exciting Opportunity for ...

We are currently looking for Section Head, Assistant Manager, Senior and Junior Staff positions for Business Process Improvement and Customer Service department.

  • Manage organization structure of branches and business units. 
  • Coordinate and arrange BO Projects, write manual SOPs, process management till getting approval and implementation. 
  • Standardize service delivery with best SLA (Service Level Agreement) in the country in all elements of the CX handbook. 
  • Improve call center operation (inbound call and social media) for a better customer satisfaction. 
  • Standardize operations by meeting customer expectations across branches and clearly highlight internal control requirements for branches compliance

Job Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of relevant working experience in Senior role in Banking Operations, preferably in area of Business Process Improvement and Customer Service or similar role 

  • Master/Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in fields of banking and finance, business management or other relevant academic backgrounds. 

  • Able to work independently, organized, creative and lead a team. 

  • Good understanding of internal banking structure and develop the necessary internal functions.
