Job Requirements
At least 5+ years of relevant working experience in Senior role in Banking Operations, preferably in area of Business Process Improvement and Customer Service or similar role
Master/Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in fields of banking and finance, business management or other relevant academic backgrounds.
Able to work independently, organized, creative and lead a team.
Good understanding of internal banking structure and develop the necessary internal functions.
