Responsibilities:

Plan for day and night outlet visit base on respective area (daily, weekly and monthly).
Must have skill, knowledge and follow DVAQP guidelines, 6 steps execution excellence, MBL sales folder and sales operation ISO procedures.
To ensure MBL’s freshness policy (D & ND) - daily sales, holding day and holding stocks.
To provide POS materials, to block competitors, to build relationship with customers, to seek new customers & new market and collect market information.
To provide customer & consumer complain from outlet feedback (quality & service, machine, signage’s, delivery, etc.) and business related of township authority (government office) area by area
BR have to report Business Manager as daily, weekly and monthly end summary.
To assist sales operation management and to follow supervisor’s instruction and MBL rules and regulations.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Any Graduate, minimum 2 years sales experience in FMCG Production Company.
Good driving skill with valid driving license.
Computer literate with M.S Word and Excel.
Able to communicate in English especially for speaking and writing.
Initiative, pleasant personality, service minded and excellent negotiation skills with positive attitude.
Work efficiently in beverage industry and able to drink beer as required.
Able to work in irregular and long working hours.
