The Solution Specialist is responsible for solution delivery for Mobile Banking and related products and services.
Understand and Map business requirements by interacting with both business and IT teams to develop and test innovative Digital Banking products and solutions
• Define end-to-end user experiences, analyse market trend, develop new features and prototype from concept to launch through the digital channels.
• Analyse applications and functionalities to be enhanced for particular business requirements and prepare Process Flow Diagram, BRD (Business Requirement Document) and SOP of products.
• Execute UAT and construct Test Case, Testing Report and User Guide
• Efficiently delivering of app outcomes by effective facilitation, overseeing technical reporting and monitoring.
• Troubleshooting/resolving digital banking issues by working with IT team.
• Providing guidance to support staff on software development and maintenance.
• Able to interact with team members and other stakeholders while working on the initiatives and products.
