Job Description

Lead the digital transformation in Hana for both internal processes in various departments and external aspects like customer engagements, digital payments, etc.
Proactively engage with various departments to understand their current productivity level and initiate relevant automation to improve their productivity
Lead in getting people ready for the digital transformation; understand how prepared they are for the transition and how competent they are in using the provided technology solutions and the initiate necessary trainings and preparations.
Initiate and drive business development projects
Manage IT vendors and internal solutioning teams to ensure project delivery
Coach and mentor, the subordinate team members
Ensure quality result delivery of the team
Ensure projects are delivered on time
Co-ordinate with all internal and external stakeholders engaged in project activities
Initiate in building a culture of innovation in every company department
Develop, review, and track the internal projects with senior management
Provide status reports to senior management regularly
Evaluate Existing product efficiency and develop new product
Experiment with new concepts, fail fast, and pivot
Provide technology solutioning strategy that will bring the organization to achieve its goal

Job Requirements

Graduate in any degree, Computer Science and Information technology graduates are highly preferable
Fluency in English 4 skills
Candidates with extensive information technology experiences are highly preferable
Must have extensive working experiences in project management, team management, and leading digital transformation initiatives
Must have innovative mindset that challenges stutus quo for benefit of company, employees and society
Experience of digital services, digital project management, UI/UX design or app development highly desirable
Prior experience and knowledge in Financial Market, Banking or Microfinance is preferable
