Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Prepare to necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and operation flow be able to handle and support to colleagues. And daily/weekly report to Business Head and CEO.
  • Liaise with the sales team, finance team, HR and Admin departments by daily basis with decision.
  • Effectively communicate to Internal and External Organization and well relationship to B to B Sector.
  • Seek ways of improving the way the business operates.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify problems and report to CEO with immediate.
  • Ensure that all program documentation, support systems and paperwork is systematically completed in a best practices manner.
  • Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services.
  • Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the Sale and marketing department.
  • Daily manage to Digital Service Money Operation and Microfinance Management.
  • Well doing the additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  1. Any Graduate (Prefer Master degree in Business, Administration)
  2. Must have Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
  3. Must have Six years' experience in the Management file and Operation Management.
  4. Must have minimum of 3 years' experience in a Manager position may be advantageous.
  5. Must have experience Digital Service Money Process and Knowledge in Microfinance Business.
  6. Strong leadership skills & Strong attention to detail and technicalities.
  7. Good written and verbal communication in English skills
  8. Excellent organizational, technical skills, good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
  9. Must be expect computer & IT skill (MS word, excel, power point, Internet & Email)
