- Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues- Mainly answer phone calls professionally and handle customer complaints (both technical andnon-technical)- Respond to customer’s general inquiries billing, sales (price and plan, promotion period), internetcoverage area, and also provide product and service information to customers- Route calls to appropriate resource and follow up customer calls when necessary and alsokeep records customer’s feedback- Keep phone calls records exactly and timely with Excel and report to relevant department dailyand monthly via email at every morning- Do tasks given by Manager and others immediate duties depend on condition

Job Requirements
- Any graduated- Call center and customer service experience may be required- Handling and replying to customer inquiries through phone and email- Must have able to work day and night duty- Able to use MS office tools specially in Excel
