Job Description

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors or respective departments
  • Provide product knowledge and service information to customers
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
  • Process orders, forms, and application
  • Route calls to appropriate resources (departmental hunting lines)
  • Document all calls information according to standard operating procedures
  • Recognize, record customer calls and inform the management team
  • Follow up customer calls if necessary
  • Upsell products and services
  • Complete call logs and reports
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Provide knowledge to new Customer Service Agent and monitor their performance.

Job Requirements

  • A great attitude that exudes professionalism, ethics, and a genuine desire to make good things happen.
  • Experience with delivering customer service.
  • English language and basic computer skills, Excellent data entry and typing skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment.
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.
