Job Description

The role holder is responsible for handling all inbound calls, and prescription requests and validations. They are to support tickets for all inbound calls and takes responsibility of the operational communication. He/she must perform order confirmation and payment verification. Their responsibilities typically include activities required to run the pharmacy operation, including processing orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. This role is the link between marketing and operation teams ensuring products that are supplied undergo QA and have the correct descriptions, delivery procedures and customer care protocols in place.

  • Handling all inbound calls and supporting tickets
  • Handling prescription requests and validations in a timely manner given priority
  • Performing order confirmation and payment verification
  • Reviewing customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items
  • Responding to incoming calls and queries in the pharmacy (pharmacy on call, Facebook, Messenger, Viber, etc.)
  • Taking customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns and keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • De-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
  • Guiding callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
  • Making outbound calls based on issue resolution
  • Interacting with Marketing and Operation team to provide clients and customers information regarding the company's new products, services, and policies
  • Collaborating with other call center professionals to improve customer service
  • Assisting with the training of new employees and informing them about the company's customer management policies
  • Serving as the booking center for Telemedicine BU and Lab Test BU
  • Supporting organization’s start up nature and business needs

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work in shift and weekend.
  • Possess at least a Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a call center would be an added advantage.Having a knowledge of pharmacy operation and medicines is an added advantage.
  • Passionate in customer service
  • Cold calling to customers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and work well with others

  • Detail oriented, organized, efficient with good time managing skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft office applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
