Call Center Executive-Support
Min Education Level
The role holder is responsible for handling all inbound calls, and prescription requests and validations. They are to support tickets for all inbound calls and takes responsibility of the operational communication. He/she must perform order confirmation and payment verification. Their responsibilities typically include activities required to run the pharmacy operation, including processing orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. This role is the link between marketing and operation teams ensuring products that are supplied undergo QA and have the correct descriptions, delivery procedures and customer care protocols in place.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task and work well with others
Proficient with Microsoft office applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
