Ensure all the issuance of the cards are carried out in a timely manner and report on weekly basis. Maintain strong inventory control of the accessories required in the issuance process

To Emboss the Cards and Print the PIN Mailers
To pack Instant Cards and PIN in a separate envelop and dispatch to the respective Branches
To prepare the Card Personalization data in the system on the daily basis
To issue the exceptional Cards sent by the Branches where Branches are not able to issue the instant card in CDMS due to some technical errors.
To like the Card Account in the Smart Vista System as per the Branch’s request.
To Regenerate the PINs as per the Branches request
Ensure zero error in handling cards and card issuance process.
Prepare all the exhibits, reports, ensure compliance with bank policy for all transaction processing.
To collect the retained Cards from ATM Ops and dispatch to the respective Branches
