To work in conjunction with medical care providers and SLL.
To coordinate and monitor plastic department visits including initial assessment appointments.
To utilizes electronic medical records to document and track all case management services and referrals.
To ensure safety, stable and well-being of patient during OPD visit and operation day.
To coordinate with concern department to have smooth department operation including, but not limited to financial conseling, OPD and IPD preparation.
To participate in professional organization and continuing education to improve practice and skills.
To provide health education and adivse to patient and family
To ensure all practice here to the infection control and prevention poilcy
Social medica promotion and content creation
Responsibility for all enquiries intake and follow ups
Departmental supplies coordination and stock checking
To have proper record for financial negotiation, any discount and extra cost
To prepare list of procedures with amount every month
Patient Registration and check out
Scheduling the respective specialist's calendar and arranging for trip
