  • Daily Receipt and Disbursement of Cash and Record in Cash Book
  • Daily Receipt and Disbursement of Petty Cash, Record in Petty Cash Book and Replenish from Main Cash Book when necessary.
  • Prepare Daily and Monthly Direct Cash Flow Report to Chief Accountant.
  • Prepare Cheque for Payment, Get Approval from Management and Going to Bank for Payment Processing.
  • Process Online Payment for Local Suppliers and Others Parties.
  • Assist in Payroll Processing Including Daily Wages and Incentive Payments.
  • Going to Head Office for Fund Request, Bank for Cash withdrawal/Deposit and Bill Payment for some Suppliers.
  • Participate in Daily Cash Counting.9Perform Other Ad-hoc Jobs as and when necessary.

  • Any Graduate 
  • Ability to read and understand instructions
  • Ability to add, substract, multiply, and divide easily and quickly
  • Experience operating a cash register
  • Proficient cashier and clerical skills
  • Comfortable with cash handling
