Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

As one of the key roles in growing the business at Pluses, you will work closely with Finance & Account Department to ensure that you adequately understand the needs for the organization. Your functions include ensuring the efficiency of business operations, ensuring the department complies with company policies to manage, disburse, record and report cash management and banking process of the company as well as collections and payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Check Supplier’s invoice and petty cash statement from petty cashier
- Prepare payment and receipt voucher for all income and expenditure
- Arrange payment for office expenditure and check incoming transaction at bank
- Get signature from approval person before payment is made
- Stamp all paid vouchers with date stamp and get Supplier’s signature & receipts
- Arrange banking process such as bank transfer, cash deposit, cash withdraw, cheque clearance and monthly bank statement request
- Update daily cash, bank transaction in Cash Book Register and send Weekly Cash Report to CFO / Chairman
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Head of Departments

Job Requirements

- Any university graduate
- Certificate in LCCI Level II or III Candidate
- At least 1- or 2-years’ experience in related field
- Must be proficient in Burmese and English typing
- Able to use Microsoft office (Excel, Word)
- Strong communication with both external and internal
- Work closely with Finance Controller and assist with documentation
- Comply with all relevant internal rules, policy and procedures
