Job Description

Internal/External Interactions:
• Customers
• Suppliers
• Banks
• Sales Staff
• Other ASL staff

Functional Responsibilities:
• Collect and Count cash received from Customers
• Issue official receipt to customer
• Register Cash receipts in cash book or Kerridge system when available - NO
• Cash Disbursements to suppliers (check approval for payment, get NRC copy, and get signature on payment voucher from supplier for cash received. Collect official receipt from supplier when required)
• Collect approved payment vouchers every day and find out when payments need to be made from the requester of the payment. Set up cash payments for the correct day and let the requester know when cash available.
• Register in cashbook every evening when payment vouchers are ready to be paid. Collect Accountant signature
• Stamp all paid vouchers with date stamp.
• 3PM daily deposit must be prepared and take it to the bank
• End of night reconcile with Senior Accountant daily and put money in safe. Give key to responsible person at end of day.

• University graduate or past cashier experience
• Trustworthy and responsible as they will be working with large amounts of cash
• Need to understand Currency exchange USD to MMK

OTHER:
• Ideally proficient in English and Burmese
