  1. Manage up-to-date clinic income records by sending and receiving bank checks and documenting all relevant transactions
  2. Assist in the development and enforcement of stringent credit policies; routinely call patients who have been extended credit and have not settled debts
  3. Totals money received and verifies totals with cash-on-hand
  4. Reconciles totals when errors are found
  5. Handle all payments to clinic suppliers and accurately enter daily payment activities
  6. (Credit, insurance, cash, check, payment for previous visit) into software management system/ manual recording system
  7. Fill out and file insurance forms for payment as requested
  8. Transfer income activities to QuickBooks system on a daily basis
  9. Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports from clinic financial data

Job Requirements

  1. Any bachelor’s degree is necessary
  2. 1 – 2 years of experience as cashier in prefer  any private clinic/ hospital is necessary
  3. Must have the ability to perform bookkeeping and accounting functions such as posting account information and verifying accuracy of accounts
  4. Computer skills are necessary
  5. Must maintain a friendly and helpful manner when dealing with the public
  6. Ability to work harmoniously with a variety of people
  7. Must be able to remain flexible and accept changes in work assignments
