Job Description

Job Summary

Responsibilities of developing relationships with retailers and providing customers with insights regarding the products and category, building long-term strategical plans for development, and overseeing support staff such as analysts.

Making regular customer calls to promote services, build relationships and grow business.
Working closely with NSM, CSM and sales team to ensure effective sales & marketing strategy
Execute market campaigns to develop brand to market
Record, analyse and report sales trends throughout Myanmar
Report and analyse sales figures with NSM and CSM
Build new customer pipeline & revenue channels
Achieve KPI’s and sales targets in line with overall company sales plans
Uphold organisational standards at all time

Job Requirements

Graduated in Business, Marketing or similar relevant field
Must have at least 2 years of sales experiences as Field Sales Supervisor in FMCG products.
Ability to travel and work throughout Myanmar understanding of regions
Fluent English (both verbal & written)
Computer - Excel, Word – PowerPoint an advantage
Must be able to drive and holder of valid driving license
