- Develop & implement a strategy for business in a specific trade channel ensuring alignment of both marketing and trade activities.
- Design effective, tailor-made promotion with customer & providing solution for better visibility and communication at point of purchase (POP).
-Accountable & Responsible for initiating in-store vision of success (Perfect Store) for each category in each channel including POSM guidelines, visuals, merchandizing guidelines, core range identifications, category/product adjancencies, assorment based on shopper understanding/insight & investments for each category/channel.
-Understand the trade’s dynamics and channel customers – manage insight on shoppers, customers, and competitors.
-Maintain report & file i.e. Pre – Post evaluation, competitor activities
-Competitor Activity Monitoring , analyse market situation & propose action plan
-Responsible for managing the budget for all trade activities by channel basis. Monitor trade spend and analyze effectiveness
-Market visit to ensure implementation of activities and up date market situation including bench mark with best in class competitor distribution
