As a Center Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Training the newly recruited candidates and allocating them work
  • Understanding the necessities of the center and equipping them accordingly
  • Ensuring that the rules and policies of the organization are followed properly
  • Interacting with the staff periodically to understand the progress and necessary requirements
  • Managing and evaluating the development of the center
  • Preparing and managing the reports and present them to the higher authorities
  • Find ways and prepare the plan to maintain students
  • Leading, managing and developing the teams so that they may contribute to their maximum potential
