In cooperation with Head office, plans, coordinates, directs and is responsible for all activities at Plantation Business Unit.

Develop short and long-range plans and strategies to improve plantation field to produce quality and organic products.

Convey and executive the vision and mission of Plantation Business Unit. Formulate overall company strategy, strategic plan, and operational plan to meet the organizational objectives.

Assurance of responsible and effective fiscal administration including revenue management strategies and business development.

Directs the development and delivery of revenue budget and identifies and administers capital projects to ensure proper development and preservation assets.

Develop cash and investment management strategy, analyses cash flow operations, for internal control and revenue maximization while controlling fund disbursement for operating and capital expenses.

Act as a strategic partner by developing and implementing the company’s plans and programs.

Analyze and make recommendation on the impact of long range growth initiatives, planning, and introduction of new strategies and regulatory actions.

Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.

Direct crop production operations, such as planning, tilling, planting, fertilizing, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting.

Develop or implement production tracking or quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, or other operational reports, to detect production problems.

Drives the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.

To draft, implement and monitor short, medium and long term plans in conjunction with the Board of Directors and funding agencies.

To actively work to train and develop staff members to ensure they reach full potential.

To develop existing and new strong partnerships and relationships with other organizations.
