- Responsible for providing data analysis and recommendation to Channel Manager, Regional Manager and Regional Sales Promotion Executive to facilitate the Development of Category Sales Strategy in the channel
- Responsible for supporting information to Channel Manager to defining overall priority sub-channels (Shop type), and categories within the channel to deliver Channel and Category growth based on shopper.
- Responsible for sourcing, updating and communicating latest developments, trends, initiatives and competitive actions within the channel, assessing implications/opportunities for categories and brands.
- Responsible for analyse impacts of price changes in each channel.
- Responsible for evaluate shelf performance (layout and space) and impacts of the display and POS materials after each implementation; work with the Category Management team, Shopper Understanding and Activation team, Regional Sales Promotion Team.
- Responsible for monitoring new products launch execution, category development program (I.e. VIP, etc), must-list/ must - have distribution and coverage by region/ province/ channe and activity calendar.
- Responsible for planning effective promotion operation plan by working closely with Shopper understanding and activation and field sales.
- Responsible for preparing information for MSR meeting,
- Collecting and preparing information for sales uplift based on ICP.
- reviewing the sales forecast
- recommending action plans to close gap.
