• Develop an execution plan in line with NP Business Strategy with the objective of achieving Business targets
• To execute strategies in line with the Business for exploring the untapped potential of Out-Of-Home (OOH) channels with the Objective of providing Incremental Sales/Market Share to the business.
• Driving all Routes to Market (RTM) programs in the region.
• Channel and Distributor plan execution and its follow-up
• Execution of NP-regional business plan and strategy

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3 years working experience in sales and preferable in key account management
• Mature and able to work with remote supervision
• Good negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Product knowledge/interest for food service industry
• Ability to manage commercial relationship at high level
• Computer literate (Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint)
• Able to communicate in English (Intermediate level)
• Ability to travel
• Proactive behavior
