Job Scope

We are looking for a innovative Chef to join our Cellar Door Fine Dining Restaurant’s and prepare delicious western cuisine to the customers.

Job Description

  • Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in a visually pleasing way
  • Oversee food preparation, checking that all kitchen staff are performing their duties
  • Monitor equipment quality and order new equipment as needed
  • Assist in managing an operating budget annually that includes wages, overtime, food cost and operating equipment costs
  • Help the restaurant determine how much food and supplies need to be ordered
  • Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance
  • Develop and plan menus and daily specials
  • Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.
  • Train new kitchen staff also Lead, mentor, and manage culinary team.

Job Requirements

  • Proven 5 years’ experience in related field, more preferable of oversea experiences in related field
  • Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
  • Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress
  • Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
  • Must be able to manage, organize, direct and supervise in assigned Kitchen.
  • Fluently speaks, reads and writes in English
