Job Description

  1. Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company such as invoicing and other transactions

  2. Monitor tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.

  3. Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.

  4. Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.

  5. Manage the end to end financial planning, accounting, forecasting, and analyzing

  6. Prepared and reviewed financial reports, monitoring accounts and preparing activity reports and financial forecasts.

  7. Managing and coordinating monthly reporting, budgeting and reforecast processes.

  8. Preparing reports as required by law, regulations or company policies

  9. Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures

  10. Oversee preparation of account analysis and reconciles General Ledger COGS 

  11. Oversee finance department employees such as Sr. Accountant, Accountant, Cashier and Collector.

  12. Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.

  13. Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company

  14. Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation

  15. Fully understand the tax provisions and make the tax & financial report to HOD & BOD

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree required in Finance or Accounting; LCCI level 3, MBA preferred

  2. Minimum of five years’ experience in Accounting and Financial planning field

  3. Good sense in Management & experience managing staff is mandatory

  4. Must have strong analytical skills, capability to work well within team concept, be self-directed and able to work with limited, remote supervision; excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must

  5. Technical proficiencies in Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required; experience in mining data and creating reports outlining financial results and trends to create executive summaries is required. 

  6. ERP, Peach tree experience is an advantage
