Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

- Handle full spectrum of financial accounting role
- Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts
- Computation and payment of staff salaries on a monthly basis
- Report on monthly financial statements, payment, cash flow management in a timely manner
- Monitor monthly account reconciliations, journal entry and adjustment
- Manage and arrange the plan in order to do fixed assets examination and ground stock taking
- Assist with quarterly producer commission reports; analyzing and correcting discrepancies
- Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal control
- Cooperation with external auditors to carry out annual external auditing
- Assist with preparation of audit sampling package for internal audits
- Supervision the day-to-day operation of the accounting
- Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis
- Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time
- Other projects as assigned and completely assist BOD reports when required

Job Requirements

- Must have over 5 years working experience as Chief Accountant
- Must have working experiences in financial reporting and cost accounting.
- Must be Upper Conversation level in the English language
-Prefer to have ACCA, CPA
