Operation Responsibilities 
- Closing of monthly book of accounts
- Profit and loss statement monthly reports
- Balance sheet with supporting schedules 
- Completion’s submission of statistical requirements for “Trend of operation”
- Posts detail of business transactions in the general and operation ledgers
- Performs the reconciliation of Bank statements, Company accounts and Owners’ accounts
- Prepare the Monthly analysis of accounts, Schedules for profit budget, Yearly Consolidated Report, Yearly Management Report and Tax Report
- Verifies documents evidencing disbursement of funds as to authenticity & adequacy of Petty Cash Vouchers, Payment/check Vouchers, Cash Advance Vouchers, Receipt Vouchers
- Check any discrepancy of the profit and loss
Administrative Responsibilities 
- Proposes an effective duty to ensure sufficiency of manpower in accordance with volume of business. 
- Communicates effectively with customers, subordinates, immediate supervisors and other section heads. 
- Administers personnel action on leaves & overtime requests, disciplinary actions and commendation. 
- Identifies and solves problems in a professional manner. 
Technical Responsibilities  
- Checks and improves all service standards established by the company. 
- Supervises staff activities to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
- Manages wastes by reducing and recycle the wastes, and carefully use all resources. 
Human Resources Responsibilities 
- Evaluates objectively the performance or Accounting Agents and other related staff
- Provides the most effective training to all accounting regularly
- Motivates employees to grow within the company and to be better managing
Communication/Relation 
- Reports to Financial Director
- Coordinates with other managers for all activities. 
- Interacts with clients, guest, government officials, supplies, and other important individuals in Group. 
Tax Authority Matter 
- Final Tax Return, Commercial Tax, Withholding Tax 
- Connecting with Large Taxpayer Office regarding with Tax Instruction and Law 
Budget Planning 
- Draw Budget Planning for company

- B.Com , ACCA II (or) CPA completion 
- Age 35 to 40 
- Must have 10 years experience in related field 
- Must have 3-5 years experience at Chief Accountant level 
- Must have advance skill level in Excel 
- Must have Intermediate level in English Language 
- Must be detail oriented and have Good Personality, Good Communication skill
