Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.
  • Checking and reconciliation of all bank statement. Calculation exchange gain/loss in complex currencies.
  • Evaluate the calcuation of supporting material.
  • Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
  • Respond to accounting inquiries from management in timely.
  • Provide guidance to other Accountants when needed.
  • Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
  • Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures. Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.
  • Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
  • Monitoring of parcel stock balances related to Operation Department – Parcel received / transfer / issue data in a timely manner throughout the appropriate Finance Staff.
  •  Quarterly and Yearly Income Tax preparation, Calculation and reporting to Government Tax office. Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Commercial Tax preparation,
  • and reporting to Government Tax office.
  • Preparation Audited report to Government Tax Officer according with Myanmar tax law.
  • Preparing tax payments
  • Estimating and tracking tax returns
  • Completing regular (quarterly and annual) tax reports - Organize and update the company’s tax database
  • Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals - Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns
  • Share financial data with the accounting department - Identify tax savings and suggest ways to increase profits
  • Follow industry trends and track changes related to taxes
  • Liaise with external auditors if need. 14. Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.
  • Monitor and Check to other Investing activity of business.

Job Requirements

  • Be a graduated with B.Com (or) any graduate with ACCA Part (3) preferable CPA
  • Age between over 35 years old . Minimum of 5 years experiences in finance & accounting(Including gathering,evaluating,presenting and reporting financial information to management )
  • Excellent analytical & reporting skills and Sound independent judgement & hand-on experience in Advanced Excel . Proficient user of ERP Software (or) other accounting Software
  • Good communication skills (Speaking , Reading , Writing & Listening )in English
  • Good Financial management skills & Performance Evaluations
  • Well understanding of IFRS
