Purpose of the Job:
Management of all financial transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow, bank journals and payroll, and assist in the production of regular financial and management reports.
.
Major Duties:
• Submit the monthly overall trade functional report and cash flows.
• Analysis the monthly commercial position for management report.
• Check AP/AR
• Check suppliers' payments and cash transfer
• Monitor the advertising cost and the plan of advertising.
• Manage and delegation the accountants.
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
• Prepare accurately and timely the weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual management and financial reports for top management (P&L, Balance Sheet, Budget, Income, Management Reports, Financial forecasts & Budget…).
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and budget financial execution reports.
• Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all financial transitions.
• Using various software applications, such as spread sheets, relational databases, statistical packages and graphic packages to assemble, manipulate and or format data for accounting and reporting purposes.
• Reconciliation of bank statements.
• Supervision the day to day operation of the accounting.

Job Requirements

Knowledge and Skills:
• Any graduated
• ACCA Part II
• Age (35 to 45)
• Good analytical skill, and able to response to results
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage own workload.
• Able to work independently with high integrity.
• Able to relax and have fun at work and still meet objectives.
• Strong English Writing and Speaking Skills.
• Be computer literate (Word/Excel/Email) is vital and hands on experience in accounting software
• Excellent Team Player.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to travel both domestic and abroad
