-Represents the engineering department during the daily HOD morning meeting.
-Maintain, monitor and test hotel's mission and standards in performing maintenance activities.
-Train engineering department staff on correct maintenance procedures and assists in repairs as needed.
-able to planning & procedures of M & E department.
-Supervising staff training as well as equipment installation.
-Acknowledging or rewarding good work.
-Analyzing data and drafting reports for review.
-Quickly resolving disputes between staff.

Job Requirements

-Graduate in Engineer degree holder. (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic)
-Minimum 5 Years and above experiences in maintenance and engineering operation & Management level at Relative Filed.
-Male age above 35 Year Old
-Manage & Control the operation, maintenance, and repair of Mechanical & electrical.
- Prepare monthly project progress reports which related cost control materials and project expenditure, work schedule
- Using Microsoft, Auto CAD and other related software
- Must have experienced in high rise building
- Manage entire project and lead engineer team to meet with deadlin.
-The ability to maintain a positive attitude and restore morale to a team.
-The ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-The ability to process negative feedback and remain professional.
-The ability to work onsite and in the office.
