• Oversees all phase of real estate development from start to finish and devises plans for each phase of the project.
• Calculates costs, material, labor, and time required for each project.
• Approves designs and budgets; controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
• Delegates tasks as necessary to construction management team.
• Performs quality control checks, ensuring the safety and effectiveness or reliability of the system or building; regular site patrols to check on progress and quality standards.
• Work with construction team and other vendors to make sure construction deadline is met.
• Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.
• Determines project specifications by studying drawings and construction standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
• Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.

• Plan, executive, and improve all process flows in the construction management department to achieve maximum operating efficiency.
• Must be able to comprehend all aspects of engineer and report to CEO and other superiors.

*At least 10+ years of experience in all types of engineer
*Master degree in Engineering
*A minimum of 3 years in supervisor role
*Proficient in Chinese or English is preferred
*Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
*Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary
*Understand Chinese construction drawing
*Familiarity with construction/ project management software
*Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
*Proven experience as construction project manager
*In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
