-Discuss with GM / Owner / Department heads on maintenance status and inspection reports.
-Represents the engineering department during the daily HOD morning meetings.
-Attend all Facility Management/Property meetings as required, passing on necessary information to the maintenance team in regular junior staff meetings.
-Familiar and complies with the plaza mission and standards in performing maintenance activities.
-Maintain, monitor and test hotel's emergency and security systems, features like Fire Alarm, CCTV etc;.
-Oversee the maintenance tasks, work orders and special projects ensuring timely and accurate completion.
-Train engineering department staff on correct maintenance procedures and assists in repairs as needed.
-Maximize maintenance team potential with a balanced focus on operations, guests, employee and owners satisfaction.
-Respond to corporate and management inquires.
-Develop, implement, and direct all emergency programs.
-Ensure proper records are kept relating to all plant and equipment for the plaza including repair and service records.

Ø Graduate in Engineer degree holder. (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic)
Ø Minimum 7 years and above experiences in Maintenance and Engineering operation & Management level at Plaza Industry
Ø Male age above 35 years old
Ø Supervise the operation, maintenance, and repair of plaza, tools, and facilities.
Ø Excellency in Communication, Leading and Inter-personal skills.
Ø Delegates duties and supervises all maintenance work.
Ø Schedules preventive maintenance program.
Ø Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Ø Good knowledge in computer skill.
Ø Must be able to do inspection and reporting
Ø Good command of English Communication (Both writing & speaking)
Ø Oversee the general cost control aspects for the maintenance of the plaza and hotel
Ø Certificate of Auto Card (2D/3D) Knowledge
Ø Able to work well under pressure and stay in Plaza. (Will provide Hostel )
