Job Description

 Discuss with GM / Owner / Department heads on maintenance status and inspection reports.
 Represents the engineering department during the daily HOD morning meetings.
 Attend all Facility Management/Property meetings as required, passing on necessary information to the maintenance team in regular junior staff meetings.
 Familiar and complies with the hotels mission and standards in performing maintenance activities.
 Maintain, monitor and test hotel's emergency and security systems, features like Fire Alarm, CCTV etc;.
 Oversee the maintenance tasks, work orders and special projects ensuring timely and accurate completion.
 Train engineering department staff on correct maintenance procedures and assists in repairs as needed.
 Maximize maintenance team potential with a balanced focus on operations, guests, employee and owners satisfaction.
 Respond to corporate and management inquires.
 Develop, implement, and direct all emergency programs.
 Ensure proper records are kept relating to all plant and equipment for the hotel including repair and service records.

Job Requirements

 Graduate in Engineer degree holder. (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic)
 Minimum 7 years and above experiences in Maintenance and Engineering operation & Management level at Hotel Industry
 Male age above 35 years old
 Supervise the operation, maintenance, and repair of hotel equipment, tools, and facilities.
 Excellency in Communication, Leading and Inter-personal skills.
 Delegates duties and supervises all maintenance work.
 Schedules preventive maintenance program.
 Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
 Good knowledge in computer skill.
 Must be able to do inspection and reporting
 Good command of English Communication (Both writing & speaking)
 Oversee the general cost control aspects for the maintenance of the hotel
 Certificate of Auto Card (2D/3D) Knowledge
 Able to work well under pressure and stay in Hotel. (Will provide Hostel and Meal)
