  • Develop the strategy of the Solar business technical teams in line with the Group’s vision and strategy.
  • Engage closely with the business development teams to ensure that our technical work
  • Identifying new market technical challenges and potential technology advancements to integrate in new projects and solutions across Myanmar.
  • Originate and develop a well-articulated business development plan in all segments of solar energy from residential, small business to a large scale off grid- on grid hybrid technology.
  • Works closely with other Subsidiary Business Unit heads to generate the leads, references and leveraging the eco system of the group to drive solar energy business.
  • Capable to lead and challenge project financially
  • Develop, lead and manage the strong internal team
  • Support in the development and management of project management standards, processes, and execution
  • Monitors and tracks performance data on installed solar projects to ensure

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Economics/Business or related fields; MBA is a plus.
  • More than 5 years’ experience in similar management capacity
  • Relevant experience in energy sector, exposure to group Client Solutions, power business will be preferred.
  • Experience managing budgets.
  • Strong technical knowledge in solar business, off-grid batteries, and distribution networks.
  • Able to travel to project areas 
  • More preferable proficient in Chinese or English Language
