Management Task:

  • primarily responsible for providing end-to-end customer support, solutions, planning and implementing fiber connectivity solutions, managing customer orders, handling customer service requests, coordinating installations, executing and serving as single point of contact for customers
  • Ensure the Network Operations reliable and efficient by monitoring network performance.
  • Plan and supervise Change request to meet customer expectations.
  • Identifying and plan preventive actions to cope with network loop holes and rectification the difficulties within fiber network.
  • Providing solutions and suggestion to our customer to ensure that our customers will stay connected with their users efficiently without losses in network and quality services.
  • Managing NOC (Network Operating System) to provide quick response to our customers by well communication standard.
  • Guide, Build and Support to all internal domains to have better and transparent communication within Internal Organization as well as with our clients / customers.
  • Regular meeting conduct with Customers to plan the future activities which shall help to improve better customer satisfactions by implementing the Preventive action plans.
  • Regular meetings conduct internally to share customer feedback and experience about weekly / monthly performance.
  • Plan the schedule to improve the gaps internally according to customer feedback and suggestion's.
  • Supervise the Budget must not exceed for rectification plan, accordingly prioritize the work to have minimum budget utilization's by providing quality services.
  • Close communication with 25 customers throughout the pan Myanmar regarding their queries, escalations, expectations and suggestion.

Technical Task:

  • Provide technical solutions to NOC and Field team leaders whenever necessary to recover the Incidents occurred in network.
  • Ensure to keep updated the Technical database and shall be available with Field team to perform well on the field.
  • Guide, suggest and follow-up the efficient way to resolve network degraded issue on time.
  • Ensure to keep educate the field teams to handle the equipment's carefully.
  • Requesting and support to arrange spare material for critical and mandatory rectification task.
  • Share technical experience with field teams to cope up with some difficult situations.
  • Providing Technical action plan to customers for network improvement.
  • Ensuring that all teams must follow the PPE ad HSSE policies while working on field.
  • Co-operate with HSE Team to keep maintain the monthly HSSE reports and share with customers whenever customer request.
  • Manage internal training sessions to update the field team knowledge and introduce the on-going technologies for awareness.
  • Observing the frequent and repeated issues and provides technical solution to cope-up with Problems.  
  • Ensuring that Customer shall recognize our Technical solutions and implement in network to experience better performance.
  • Ensure to provide 99.90% network availability for each customer.
  • Provide the guidelines to internal field teams and NOC to ensure the SLA (Service Level Agreement) and MTTR (Mean time to restore).

 

Commercial Task:

  • Ensure to close all SLA sign-off with every customer by monthly basis.
  • Ensure to close all customer SLA's within our limits (Credit Note).
  • Provide relevant and proper justification to customer regarding SLA exceed cases and minimize the penalty charges.
  • Make sure to provide final documents to internal Procurements and Finance team to process Invoice.
  • Support to Business & Legal team to finalize contract term as related with Operation and maintenance services.
  • Ensuring to add all mandatory and particular terms in contract which shall help us to have smooth and transparent communication with customers on O&M jobs.
  • Ensuring to get final documented confirmation from customers which support us for invoicing process.
  • Taking follow-up until finance process get it done from Internal as well as customer side.
  • To follow the PR and PO process monthly related with Operation & maintenance task.
  • Ensuring to get release PO's according to requirement form customer to fulfill the ground work.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering
  • At least 5 year's experiences in Telecommunition field and Fiber O&M 
  • Guide, suggest and follow-up the efficient way to reslove network degraded issue on time.
  • Ensure to keep educated the field teams to handle the equipment's carefully.
  • Providin Technical action plan to customers for network improvement.
  • Observing the frequent and repeated issues and provides technicial solution to cope-up with problems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Good negotiation technical skills
  • Must be good in MS-Office
