Manage maintenance team to run continuously and efficiently of the facilities

The Role
Develops preventative maintenance schedule to ensure facilities are maintained in safe condition
Monitor the efficiency, lifespan, and warranty periods of equipment
Ensure that all the team members are productive, motivated, and efficient
Oversee the functioning systems such as HVAC, mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, and lifts
Develop good relationship with contractors
Supervision of construction works such as renovation, repairs, and floor arrangement

Job Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in facility maintenance field
Bachelor’s in mechanical or electrical engineering
Strong command of Business English
Understanding of Building Management System (BMS) and people management skills
