Job Description

Overseeing the Account Department, developing financial strategies, making investment decisions and making sure the company complies with state and federal financial regulations.
Understanding and analyzing the current financial situation, and forecasting financial position.
Supervise and allocate the duties of Account Department to ensure that all tasks are completed within prescribed timescales.
Ensure the cash flow is compatible with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, monthly profit & loss and internal control activities of the organization.
Identifying both internal and external risk and ensuring the correct check and balances are in place to minimize the risks.
Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
Reviewing and updating the Standard Operation Procedure.
Manage the quarterly and yearly company tax issues, and other things like budgets, forecast, credit and insurance.
Knowing all the liabilities and delivering them as per agreed schedule.
Guidance for Inventory control, Costing Residual Control and Costing Calculations.
Organizing, motivating and leading personnel of the related departments to achieve a high-level work efficiency and performance.
Contribute to the preparation of the annual revenue and capital budgets, monitoring of financial performance and the completion of the annual accounts.

Job Requirements

Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in accounting, business accounting, or finance and CPA must be preferred
Experience in a senior management position and minimum seven years in CFO fields
Strong financial and accounting background, cash flow and budget management, advanced accounting and tax planning
Up to date knowledge of current financial and accounting computer applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, presentation and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure and challenges
Strong written and verbal communication skills, leadership skills and problem-solving skills.
Able to travel if requires.
