Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation.

Duty and Responsibilities:

  • Function as a key strategic business partner to the Executive Committee (C-Suit peers) Led by CEO and BOD regarding key organization, management and HR related issues.
  • Ensure HR plans and strategy align with the business strategy (mission, vision and business objectives) of the Hospital.
  • Contributing to a healthy corporate culture that supports growth and equal opportunity.
  • Update and review HR policies, procedures and guidelines and enforce organization values.
  • Ensure legal compliance is met in all HR policies and activities.
  • Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR functions by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits.
  • Convince the C-Suit peers to endorse HR Solutions to solve company shortcomings.
  • Lead and promote employer branding to attract talented and highly skilled candidates.
  • Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of the Hospital.
  • Develop, update and implement comprehensive compensation and benefit plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
  • Oversee the HR Budget and report on current and future staffing costs and initiatives.
  • Champion a performance culture and continually review productivity and employee development, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Monitor Key Results Areas (KRA), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Objectives, Key Results and Initiatives (OKIs) for the Hospital in collaboration with Executive Committee (C-Suit Peers).
  • Ensure that HR Team is agile, and ready to lead change management and organization development.
  • Give counsel, oversee and manage complex employee relations issues such as grievance and disciplinary cases with professionalism.
  • Oversee the digitization of company infrastructure and employee practices.
  • Deliver bad news ethically and professionally, and offer pragmatic solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective training and development programs for the Hospital and community.

Job Requirements

Education and Qualification Requirements (Minimum)

  • Any graduate. MBA or M.Sc. (HR) or Dip in HR (at least ABE Level-6) in human resources (M.B.B.S is preferable)

 

Working Experience Requirements

  • A minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years of Senior Management experience and at least five years of international HR experience.
  • Hospital related experience is preferable.
