  • Provide overall leadership and management of the marketing function.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, both traditional and digital, as well as budget and business plans.
  • Develop marketing and communication policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other managers on the implementation of marketing programs.
  • Conduct market research and evaluate new business opportunities, demand for potential products and customer needs and insights.
  • Apply marketing techniques over digital (social media) and non-digital (press) channels.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual budget and reports for the marketing department.

Job Requirements

  • A degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administrators or equivalent.
  • Must have 10 or more years of marketing experience and have at least 5 years working as a Marketing Manager.
  • Must be proficient in writing professional web & Marketing copy that are persuasive and readable. 
  • Must be analytical and creative with the ability to interpret information, news and data quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to speak and write English language fluently.
  • Good Computer literacy - proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Hightly Self Motivated and possess confidence, initiative and high energy or drive.
