The main job responsibility of this position is to ensure the optimal performance and results of the operations of the retail business company, include managing and coordinating different departments within the company. The COO will have authority over ALL departments of the company, except for finance & accounting, which will be managed by the CFO and CEO.

• Review the reports and the performance of each respective department; giving them individual feedback and support, to managers and helping them learn and perform better at work.
• Coordinate the interdepartmental work and projects and ensuring the quality of work and the completion of work on time, this includes facilitating the communications between each department.
• Work on business development, i.e. franchising, new projects to grow the company’s revenue.
• Visit all stores and help the operations team meet store requirements.
• Monitor monthly and yearly sales targets, as well as each store's P&L performance, to ensure that targets are met.
• Review the reports and the performance of each respective department; providing support to managers, giving ideas, and helping them learn and perform better at work.
• Monitor all shops stock: guiding and assisting to Operations team to handel stock loss.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to deal with people and stakeholders across all levels.
• Set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance, and profitability of the company.
• Spearhead the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
• Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the retail shops.
• Work with the CEO and CFO in the capital raise process, and participate in the company’s road shows. Meet, interact and present information effectively to potential investors and private equity firms.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and cooperation with China office
• Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective working closely with the C-Level Executives and BOD Members.
• Assist executive team members in creating, growing, and building a world-class, industry- leading organization.
• Works with other management team members on budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation programs.
• Perform other functions related to COO or as may be requested by the CEO or BOD.

• Any Bachelor’s degree holder (preferably studied Business, Economics or Marketing)
• At least 7 years of demonstrated experience with Substantial Management experience in retail business or similar
• Proven ability to oversee, plan, coordinate, direct, and review all aspects of retail operations.
• Professional working proficiency in Myanmar and English is a must
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Email
• Must have sound knowledge of geographic, demographic, and consumer behaviors
• Good analytical, communication, and behavioral skills
