Chief Operation Officer at a Successful Financial Services Company in Yangon
Responsible for the overall management about operations functions of the whole organization
Salary will be up to 15,000,000 MMK
About the Company
An international consumer Financial Services Institute with rapidly growing in Myanmar and currently providing the best financial services to the customers.
The Role
Responsible for ensuring that significant operation management
Manage retail operations, regional management, IT and business channel management
Implement profit & loss, business strategy and delinquency control process
Good knowledge of microfinance business, financial analysis, business analysis and vendor management
Able to deal with government office and regulators is a plus

Job Requirements
Over 10 years of experience in operational management, regional management, retail operations, KYC and P&L
Must be from local microfinance industry
Bachelor’s degree is a must and other relevant educations background will be added as an advantage
Excellent communication in English both written and verbal
