  • Overview Daily Operations, manage PABX system operation and Check phone land lines.
  • Check missed call, voice mail, call back log book and discharge follow up appointment.
  • Check doctors’ schedule and update in system weekly and make prompt action when there is any changes.
  • Polite and soft spoken to every customer’s call.
  • Transfer the line to right person in time. If there is no one to answer or the line is busy, operator will take the full message completely and accurately.
  • To relay the received phone messages to the concerned person.
  • Announce the emergency call and other calls as requested by PA system
  • Make all appointment bookings for new and follow up consultation including local and foreign projects and call back to each and every patient for appointment confirmation one day ahead. Operator staff transfers the line to concerned department or PIC of respective department.
  • To provide the registration process, fill the right patient information to hospital information system to have specific medical record and hospital registration number.
  • Call the patients based on QMS system at registration and Central Cashier area to reduce the prolong waiting time.
  • Enter and check every transaction and make confirmation in bill collection of concerned departments.
  • Answering phone enquiries for projects & hospital services (including all packages information & HSP).
  • Provide patient admissions, discharges and transfers by notifying appropriate departments and individuals regarding relevant information.
  • Arrange for patient transportation, make inpatient and outpatient appointments and escort patients to designated locations when there is necessary condition and patient’s request.
  • Assist the manager and other related duties as assigned by manager.
