• Communicate between business partners
• Translate corresponding documents of various letters.
• Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally
• Receive incoming calls and emails; take messages, respond appropriately and route correspondence to the appropriate executive of staff member
• Assist to schedule and coordinate meeting, appointment
• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
• Ensure the working process is within timeline

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree from any University
• Must have general business knowledge
• Hard working and dedicated, comfortable and proficient in working in a team
• Fluent in both Chinese and English language skill for translation and Interpretation.
• Able to use word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF
• Minimum 2 years working experience in related field
