An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Evaluate work performance and motivate sub-ordinate staff to obtain high productivity, result and morale. Keep skill charts of the team of assigned project to ensure skill fitness of personnel to job assigned
Regularly keep in touch with staff to exchange information, review project status and identifies new opportunities for improvement. Site Management meetings are regularly organized and recorded as per Construction Management Manuals, Safety Manuals etc and other relevant manuals of the company
Manage project budgets of assigned project including forecasting of cash flows supporting Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables Departments
Timely Payment Milestone information, Progressive Bill of Quantity information to Account Receivables for timely billing to the client
Anticipates problems in shortages of resources (financial, manpower, materials and equipment) and report in advance to General Manager and Deputy General Manager of Engineering Department with suggested corrective action plan
Observes and ensure safe work practices, develop preventative actions and corrective actions in assigned projects, as part of Risk Assessment Review Procedure. Conduct occasional site patrol of other projects to provide risk assessment review input to other projects as promotion of compliance to Occupational Health & Safety regulations/guidelines of the company
Establish and maintain work plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of deliverables, milestones and final delivery. Review and analyze project estimates to ensure they are in line with work progress
Attend project meetings with clients in relation to execution schedules and billing schedules as well as approval schedules of design and specifications, and problems reporting. All meetings with client should be recorded in written forms and a summary to be reported back to departmental seniors and managements

Job Requirements

Must – B.E. (Civil) BE(Electrical)
Age between 35 ~ 45 years
More prefer – Repatriates
Minimum (8) years experiences in relevant field in Civil or Electrical built up substation, high voltage overhead transmission line
Must – Excellent English Language Proficiency & IT Literates, Desirable – Engineering Software & other technical skills
Must - strong Communication skills, Good Interpersonal Skills
Prefer - Strong Analytical Skills, Good Presentation Skills, Contract Management and Client relationship, project Planning, leading and controlling
More prefer who value accountability, responsibility and taking ownership
